These people were all very nice on the phone and in person when I was still inquiring about their service. But all changed as soon as I made my payment. Suddenly, this Brandy Moss charachter showed herself to be one of the rudest, most deceptive and inconsiderate people on this planet. I couldn't believe what was happening to me.

I had an important project due that she/they assured me they could handle and deliver on time. But even though I wound up giving them much more additional time and paying more than they'd quoted me initially (because they had me desperate), they still got every single thing wrong, didn't care or even bother to get anything right, overcharged me, would take no resonsibility whatsoever, got increasingly belligerent, began avoiding my calls, kept demanding more money, etc., etc. When I finally decided to bypass this Brandy Moss character and talk to a manager, she went and got this Bill Harris guy who wound up being a clone of her. Their behaviors were so identical that I realized their attitudes were company policy. How they handled my account, i.e. what they did to me, was so horrible that it definitely ruined my event, and almost did the same to my writing career. I got the impression that there were other "social" factors going on with these people who live very very far outside the city of Atlanta, but I just couldn't say for sure. Either way, their behavior and demeanor were so malicious that I was wondering how in the hell people like this stay in business. I got my answer the next time I was forced to make the 50-minute trip to their office... they were out of business. Actually, they apparently just moved around the corner and changed the company name to this "Market Source, Inc." nonsense, kept the same horrible people, and just hoped no one would notice.

I just hope anyone reading this doesn't fall for their costume change. This all happened about a year ago, but I've never been one to ever complain about stuff like this or even take much time to deal with it, because I'm just too busy. But when I got a call today from that same Brandy Moss person, telling me about her "new company" and then having the nerve to try to sign me up again (she apparently didn't realize who she was talking to and even asked me to remind her about what happened), I knew I had to say something, because these people are apparently not out of business like I thought. They've obviously set up shop again, and have begun looking for some new victims.

While I can not speak to the details of this report, I have been fortunate enough to know Brandy personally in the past.  We were associated relationally, and classmates for a number of years.  She is without a doubt both a hardworking, and honest person.  Later we were coworkers breifly in the fine dining industry.  During this time she showed integrity, and a willingness to complete, and deal with, the most demanding of tasks and customers.  I was surprised and insulted by the statements leveled against her in this report.  I realized I must not refrain from citing her performance in the contexts that I observed.  I'm certain her employer and coworkers recognize the values she is equipped with, and the benefits they have to her division.

Please go back and read my post lies lies lies..   This is a cut and past from that story.

After hearing the same story over and over I asked the person who answered the phone (Alex) who is responsible for paying invoices for Axess Printing she told me Bill Moss.

Bill Harris told me that Brandy Moss had been running fraudulent credit card transactions and their credit card merchant put a freeze on their bank account for 6 months while they investigated. Bill said they were going after Brandy but she is no where to b found. Bill told me they were waiting on a new credit card merchant to allow them to processs credit cards. Then they would beable to pay the inovoice.

After repeated calls to Bill he finally tells me I need to speak to Ed Busse.  Ed made promises and even told me that check was in the mail. Needless to say still no check. I called Ed several times but I felt like I was talking to Brandy all over again. Lie after lie after lie.  Still no money

As you can see Bill Harris still can not be trusted, and  is  not telling the truth.  Why would you ask Brandi Moss to come work for you.....  I would be very reluctant to do business with anyone working for this company.  They should pay back the 15,000.00 they owe . Maybe the "New Company" would like to pay for the 800 cartons of paper. were to pay the for the paper that they probably inherited from Axess Printing that would be the right thing to do.

I have no knowledge of any of the specific circumstances of this or any other complaint against Axess.

I simply wanted to report that I am used Axess for two different projects with good results. Brandy was always friendly and kind. The prices were the cheapest I had ever found. The projects were delivered to me in time, as promised.

False Accusations

AUTHOR: Bill Harris - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, August 27, 2010

My name is Bill Harris, both Brandy Moss and I are former Axess Printing employees.  She had left the company back in July of 2009.  I stayed on with Axess Printing until Edward Busse sold the client database to Market Source LLC in January 2010.  Edward Busse is no longer in the printing business.  Market Source LLC has been in business since 1991 but had not embraced the book division side of printing.  That is why they bought out the database and purchased new equipment to handle this investment.  Brandy gave me a call in April of 2010 asking if I knew of anywhere that would be hiring for CSR.  I told her I would love to hire her on at Market Source.  She started working with us in June 2010.  To give a little background of the events that Victor Urum is speaking of happened in 2008.  I had placed his order for some books he needed for an event that weekend.  He came in with his files and we did a proof.  The next day he came in and had changes he needed made to the file.  We did another proof and he approved it to go to print.  We started printing on the job and gave him all of the books.  Our normal turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days and we were given 4 to get them done in.  There were mistakes that were made in his file that we could not prevent since we do not set up the file we simply print what we are given.  He did receive his books and some overs.  Since that had happened in 2008 you can see why neither Brandy nor I could remember his one project that he did with Axess Printing or the problems he had with the company.  The actions of a former company cannot be held accountable for the employees who try to service a client the best they can with what they are given.  Market Source is a reputable business and we make it our priority to make our clients happy.  We have clients that used to do business with Axess Printing that hated that company that work with us here at Market Source and love the product and the service we provide.  Since he is in the Atlanta area he is more than welcome to drive to our facility and meet our owners and see the difference in this company and what Axess Printing has provided.  With the above stated this report should be removed immediately and please understand that Market Source has no business relations with Axess Printing in the past or future.  As for his statement of "they apparently just moved around the corner and changed the company name to this "Market Source, Inc." nonsense" is not valid since Market Source owns their own facility and property and has since 2001.  I understand that many people are unhappy with how Axess Printing had done business in the past which is why they went out of business.  Their actions should not be held accountable to a business which is just trying to service the clients out there that need a quality book with a fast turn around and good customer service.
