Marketing Enterprises Of America, Inc., Dba Accountant's Marketing Enterprises, Randolph Hirsch breach of contract, deceptive business practices, and rip-off in general Seattle Washington

I will keep this as short and simple as possible. There is already one other posted complaint at this site in regards to this company, which at this point is no longer in business and I am currently in the process of trying to track down the owners. Addresses, phone numbers, and the website address for this company are no longer valid.

This company offered marketing and appointment setting services exclusively to accountants, their victim group of choice. I am an accountant in the Columbus, Ohio area with a very small accounting and tax practice. I am normally very skeptical and not taken advantage of easily. However, this company gained my trust and then breached their contract with me to provide services and then would not refund my money.

I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals Office Consumer Protection Division in state of Washington, where the business is located.

I was taken for $425, which excludes the value of my time and effort in following up to try to get my money refunded. I know that this may not seem like a lot, but I am sure that there are many accounting and tax professionals out there who were taken advantage of as well. Collectively, it is probably a lot of money. Others who have been ripped off by this company probably have just let go of it; however, this is a matter of principle that I find it difficult to just let go of.

It should be noted that Accountants Marketing Enterprises may be one of several or more businesses operated under the corporate entity of Marketing Enterprises of American, Inc. and/or by Randall (Randy) Hirsch and his wife, Jennifer Hirsch.

Thus, I am making a few last attempts before deeming this matter closed. I am asking that if anyone has had any dealings with this company to please contact me so that we may be able to, if nothing else, collectively teach the business owners a lesson.

If you are reading this, it is probably because you have had some negative dealings with this business or its owners. I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. I will make updates to this post/complaint if I am able to obtain updated/additional information.
