I have looked for you in our system and we do not have any record of you ever purchasing this package. If you are serious about this complaint then you need to present a serious accusation. If you purchased a package from our agency I fail to see how you where forced, common ground is irrelevant, and if race is a factor that you consider when making purchase decisions then it is your responsibility.
