I sent Marketing Masters Elite a payment for $875 on June 3, 2011. They were supposed to provide 25 telemarketing leads. They provided 5 leads in the first week. Ruben Delgado told me that they should be able to provide at least 25 per week. After the first week the leads stopped coming.
I tried to call him and email him and he was very difficult to get a hold of. He finally told me that he would issue me a refund. On July 6th he sent me an email stating that he would refund my money by the end of the week. I never received my refund. I tried numerous times to contact him by phone and email and he would not reply.
Today I received a letter from him stating that I breached our contract.

Marketing Masters Elite, Ruben Delgado Took $875 and Refused to Provide Services

Ruben Delgado from Marketing Masters Elite wrote me emails on June 20th and June 30th stating that he might have to issue us a refund because he was having trouble fulfilling the leads he was paid to provide. When I asked him for the refund, he wrote me another email on July 6th stating that the refund would be issued by the end of the week. When the week of July 6th ended and I never received a refund, I made several attempts to contact Ruben Delgado by email and telephone. The calls and emails were not returned.
When my emails and calls went unreturned I left him messages letting him know that I would contact the Texas Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, Paypal, and my credit card company. At this time Ruben Delgado sent me an email titled Cease and Desist. He told me I was not allowed to call or email him anymore and that I had breached our contract.
Marketing Masters Elite never sent me a contract. Ruben Delgado stated that I breached a contract because he did not want to issue a refund. His emails on June 20th, June 30th, and July 6th never made any mention of me not fulfilling my end of any agreement. The details of our transaction were exchanged in email and the agreement was that he would provide 25 leads for $875. I have no idea how I could have possibly breached any contract.
To date, I have filed complaints against the Texas Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, Paypal, and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I will post the results from the different complaints when they are resolved.
I have been in business for several years and have a very good reputation with the Better Business Bureau. This is the first time I have done a transaction with another company and they blatantly ripped me off.

Breach of Contract and Harrassment
AUTHOR: Ruben and Jackie - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, July 20, 2011
Markiting Masters Elite and Capital Roofing did enter in to a business agreement to provide roofing leads. Mark Collins the owner of Capitol Roofing did indeed breach our contract by not fufilling his side of our business arrangement. Several attempts by Ruben Delgado were made to contact Mark Collins and have him fufill his side of the agreement.
When there were no effort on the part of Mark Collins to complete this arrangement, Ruben Delgado was forced to end the business arrangement or continue to encure the costs associated with continuing business with Capital Roofing.
Once the business agreement had been breached Ruben Delgado promptly contacted Mark Collins to end the arangement and to find a solution to make both side whole. Marketing Masters Elite needed to assess any and all cost they had incured by this arrangement and it breach to determine if any refund was due to Mark Collins.
Mark Collins began sending threats to Marketing Masters Elite saying that if we did meet his demands he would write "bad things" about our company on several websights. When Mark was not met with the response he wanted he began engaging in harrassing behavior.
Once the harrassment began, contact with Mark Collins was indeed cut off. Mark recieved a cease and desist order due to the harrassment. This rip off report and several others like it were filled as a response to the cease and desist order. Mark still insists in engaging in harrassing behavior so police reports have been filed.
The statements that were reported on this rip off report are untrue and yet another harrassing tactic on the part of Mark Collins.
