Marketing Sessions - MICHAEL SESSIONS IS A HUGE SCAMMER MAN CYDCOR VERY WEIRD SET UP Oak Brook Illinois

So here it is another Cydcor story....I am glad I found this website because I knew something was up with the company called Marketing Sessions, INC operated by the PRESIDENT Michael Sessions...who is the president and all he does is interview people daily (A lot of people I should say)- President and has time to interview people..hmm that is my first question.

So I get the phone call inviting me to an interview...ok Cecilia - can you send me a formal job description? Well that is something the Account Managers can answer but please refer to the website. Hmmm now I am curious....Ok lets set up an interview....

The office is a weird set up man - I felt turned around in a very weird weird way...The waiting area was filled with about 5 people - cecilia was there answering phones and made about 10 interview appointments...I fill out the questionaire and submit my resume and there is Michael and his counterpart Dan calling in candidates one at a time and closing the door very fast behind them...I was fortunate to have met with Dan...he was sweating like crazy wiping off his sweat - I had to hold back from laughing - and he was so serious...he went through my resume and told me they are opening about 25 more offices throughout the year...WOW GREAT THATS AWESOME....he told me I would get a phone call in the afternoon if they are interested...Do you have a business card DAN? NO I AM SORRY I DONT WE JUST MOVED...Hmm Question #2

So I get the call and invited back I go in for a second round of interviews the "day of O" I am curious and I know I am not going to take the position already - Im just a long for the ride. They paired me up with a nice man - he just got promoted and will be my account manager that I will be observing....Weird man - he was not professional at all - sloppy dressed and weird...he even asked for my resume then he folded it up in front of me...what a joke I tell you....his car was filthy and smelled....but Im along for the ride....

Lunch time - separate checks.....My personal interview advice: If they are cheap at lunch on an interview imagine how they are as a company? This truly confirms everything.

he did have a sale...which was nice and the customer was happy..but who knows if it goes full circle..

he was so private along the way - never asking any questions I was doing all the talking...he never knew anything about the company except Cydcor (which I googled and found this). he told me about a colleague who is going to retire in 10 years...Yeah right - with what they were wearing - I dont think so...Horrible outfits the sales team had on - appalling.

So the day is over - back in the office - I made a good impression - fill out this survey (complete BULLS**IT) and waiting for MICHAEL. While I waited I was further appalled by Cecilia and her counterpart CRYSTAL - who both were in tight clevage showing outfits and talking nasty. Horrible. I can just see them having sex all day with Michael and his fat a** counterpart Dan while the ACCOUNT MANAGERS ARE OUT.

I meet with Michael, Dan and the guy = Michael asked me about my start date which I put for about two weeks out...He says to me - You cant start until then? Yes that is correct I have some stuff going on etc...I PUT IT IN WRITING A**HOLE. Well I need you to show some initiative you need to show me you are interested and come in one day for training next week....when do employers sound so desperate - his pleas were worse than a three year old - completely obvious...Ok I will call you and let you know. Thanks for the opportunity - Oh do you have a business card? I dont. A president that does not have a business card? Whatever fake a** piece of s**t.
