Marketing Soft Solutions Computer Virus Scam BAKU, Arizona

I was on my Toshiba laptop on the internet and suddenly it said I had 38  trojan viruses and locked down my internet Marketing soft solutions came on my front screen and said I need to purchase I was unable to scan my laptop computer to check what was going on I had norton 360 on my laptop but it expired a few weeks ago when I tried to update my norton 360 it wouldnt let me open it and clean my computer.The only screen that would come up was that I had to purchase there software to clean my computer it was 3 diffrent prices $59.95 it was one year protection , $69.95 was 2 year protection and $79.95 was a lifetime protection I clicked on the $79.95. It asked for my card information when I put it in it said my card was aproved and suddenly an acess code came on the page and by time I got up to get a pen to write down  the acess code it disapeared it was only on there for about 2 seconds max.  When the code left my internet was back up and my files restored I just left my laptop alone and continued using it. This took place on march 9th and it has bin a month from now today is April 20th I got on my laptop conected to google then Marketing soft solutions shut down my internet once again and said I had to pay when I saw this I didnt understand why I had to pay and it said I had a lifetime waranty. Afterwards I decided to pay once again while trying to pay with my card it kept saying that my information is incorrect this I dont understand because it was the same info I put in before it wont let me get on my internet none at all I cant see none of my files I checked my bank statement it was on there as marketing soft solutions but I cannot find a website for them I cant even use my laptop I had to wait till I got to the library to use there internet I dont know what to do. Can someone help me please.
