On April 21st Zoompanel aka Markettools, ask me to do survey 100502865 for 500 points, which took about 30 minutes. I successfully completed the survey and answered all the questions that were asked. At the very end of the survey I got an error saying "unable to identify ID or URL". I only received 5 points for the survey. I immedentally contacted zoompanel about this issue. Since then I have emailed them 3 times about this issue all which have been ignored on there part. On the last email I sent them on May 12th, which would have been the 3rd attempt, I told them that if I did not receive the 500 points I would be reporting them to the BBB, ripoffreport and survey police forums about their refusing to issue me the points. Again the email was ignored again.
All I ask is that they honor there promise in the 500 points, which is equivalent to $5, for successfully completing the survey they asked me to do.

Still refusing to pay

I finally got a reply back from the BBB on survey 100502865 for 500 points. They have refused to pay, clamining that I did not qualify for the survey. I have been doing survey's for several years now and you don't spend over 30 minutes to see if you qualify for one, it is always just a few minutes before you know if you qualify or not. They of course in there response didn't even touch on the fact or say anything about "At the very end of the survey I got an error saying "unable to identify ID or URL". Which is always the cause for not getting the survey properly credited. I went to my account to day, which they still owe me 2 $10 Amazon Gift Certificates and about 700 points still on the account, is now inactive. So I guess this is there way of saying "screw you". I have been with them for a couple years now and have always been honest in answering there surveys and very rarely have any problems with them until now! I guess this company has lost its Moral Values!
