I was looking for a live mortgage lead company and came across a fellow by the name of Derek Smith on www.brokersoutpost.com which is a reputable mortgage broker forum. I spoke with a person named Derek Smith at markworld which the company website is now down. I sent $750 to Saif Ausaf after I was provided with two free leads and was never provided the 25 leads I paid for.

I even signed a phony contract they provided LOL.. Also the local number I was giving to call is now disconnected. I guess you live and learn.
