Case # 944.916 Marquez Construction & Roofing  aka Alfonso Marquez, has beern placed for Immediate Collections & Litigation with my firm, Asset Collections Inc.  This is a debtor company, who has Stolen My clients drywall products,refused to pay or make any effort to resolve this case.  The amount due is over 1379.84 plus fees.  

We wanted to warn other company's of this THEFT Of Products, and advise we are forming a Creditors Committee against this company.  If this debtor company owes you money, contact ACI-Asset Collections Inc- Portland OR to be added to the list of creditors. 

If the customer pays this debt, or resolves this case, I will notate this report accordingly, but to-date Alfonso has made NO efforts to pay for the products he bought last year, on 30 days terms, and is "Ripping Off" My Client.
