I noticed on Feb 17 2012 that Marquis Drake of Stockton had used a fraudulent check at Safeway in Manteca using my bank account number. The suspects name, according to the 'washed' check is: Marquis Drake of 504 Northbank Court, Stockton, CA 95207. The fraudulent check also has a phone number on it (202) 232-8221 and his CA drivers license # E2065527.
presumably taken by the Safeway cashier.
I have filed a police report with Oakland Police Depart ment but have heard nothing from them.
I Googled his name and did person check through intellius and his real address checks out in Stockton! What an idiot, that or he knows the police won't do anything about it. Also, it turns out he was on an episode of Judge Joe Brown for stealing and smashing his uncle's Camry, ironically this is an episode I happened to see on TV! His uncle had tried to sue him!! I think he won the case but it was a while ago. It seems that Mr Drake, now at 22, is still a petty criminal.

yes he is a scammer, he currently resides at 457 union rd in manteca he in jail right now in solano county for stolen check and forgery on someone else...i hope someone get him off the streets forever!!!!

There is absolutely no way Marquis Drake is a " check washing" criminal!! There must be some type a mistake , someone is using my husbands name for criminal activities and whoever is reporting this please contact email m.jone88@yahoo!!!!
