About 3 years ago I was injured in an auto accident and went to see a lawyer who referred me to Marrick Medical and Perry Richel. I was referred to one of their so called doctors in their personal injury medical network. The doctor slowly but surely "worked up my case". I went for xrays, MRIS, surgeries which was all paid by Marrick Medical and Perry Richel. When my case settled, a few years later, the interest and other charges caused my medical bills to quadruple! I ended up getting zero dollars from my settlement. The only people that got money was the lawyer, Perry RIchel and Marrick Medical. These criminals should be prosecuted for criminal fraud. I am filing a complaint with the Colorado AG and the feds. Someone needs to stop these people from preying on poor personal injury victims. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of Marrick Medical and Perry RIchel unless of course you want to go through years of litigation only to have all your money go to Perry Richel and Marrick Medical! Check the interest rates and you will see - HORRIBLE COMPANY and CRIMINAL RICHEL!

Hello,
I would like to respond and provide some clarity around a post submitted by an anonymous person. Marrick provides access to medical treatment for individuals who have been injured as a result of the negligent behavior of another person. For people who have high deductible health plans, high co-pays or no insurance at all, Marrick is the most viable option for them to obtain access to medical care. Others choose Marrick because they want to be in control of the doctors they see and their quality of care. In response to this anonymous posting, we want to clear up some information. Marrick does not charge any interest, fees or other charges that would increase any of our client’s medical bills. Marrick purchases medical provider’s invoices for the treatment our patients receive, when their health care is delivered. Marrick ensures that the providers do not charge interest, add on fees or send the bill to collections. If the client receives a recovery then they pay us the amount that was billed by their medical providers, without interest, fees or any other add ons.
Marrick has no control over any of its clients’ cases. Unfortunately, sometimes our clients’ cases go differently than they hoped or expected them to – which seems to be the poster’s disappointment, not with the services or the access to medical care that Marrick provided.
We are happy that we were able to help this poster get access to medical care and wish them the best going forward.
