Marshall Cohen took several huge payments adding $20,000.00 but not one got payed columbus, Ohio

During the ressesion in around 2008, in conjunction with some negative gossip about our businesses we foung ourselves unable to keep up with bank payments (morgages and such)

Marshall Kohens office called and offered to help with the looming sheriffs sales.

Never wanting to not pay my debts the chapter 13 sounded like a great way to get everything consolided and get caught up while paying my debtors too.

Frank M Pees is the treasurer and after 3 or so months of making large payments to the chapter 13department I start to recieve notices of non-payment, forclosures,sheriffs sales, ect...I contacted Frank Pee's and after much theatening and my attorney's involement I was finally given a breakdown of where the $235,000.00 was spent. Not to the banks but to the company doing the chapter 13 as payrole...

I guess this is normal practice, but I can't help believing that me being a female single small business owner and not a man that they wouldn't have taken my money and hide it in red tape.

has anyone else ever had this happen to them ?

I soon took back over my finances and with many  of my old clients returning and a different outlook on small business needs I am doing great, but what really happened to the $235,000.00?
