CDL A driver. After a month out over the road took, took a sick leave over the weekend, at home. Marten Transport did not honor the physician two days off for flu symptoms. Even if I stayed out linger than the agreed upon 14 days our OTR and two days off. Before, I could return to work the company decided to come pick up their truck and claim abandonment. With such a blemish om my record I am unable to get employment in the trucking industry. I need assistance to clear my record and find employment.

Randy Marten and his team at do we screm and how trucking, aka: Marten Transport have developed the fine art of screwing over drivers and always thinking they are in the right, when they clearly are not. I'm taking Randy on personally, and will fight for driver's rights.

Is Randy the guy or the snake????
If you could scan the letter and post it here that would go a long way to helping the driver who was maliciously defamed by Randy.
I would think there's a way to appeal a false posting to a drivers record. Maybe a good old fashioned lawsuit would stir the pot and get some results.

I am a former driver for Marten Transport. I was employed by them for one year and was terminated after having a accident. This company fired me and I was forced to clean the truck out and take a Greyhound bus back home. After arriving home I received a hand written letter in the mail signed by the owner Randy Marten. In this letter he calls me a bunch of names. I would like anyone thinking about driving for Marten to Beware.
