Started with this company 8/30/2016. Since starting this company has charged me with break downs for their truck. Paid me half my salary during breakdowns. And forced dispatch on a continuing basis. Recently quit over Qualcomm 3/3/17..They took money from my paycheck that was issued today 3/3/2017. They took money for : Scanner, truck keys, seat holsters, steering locks, steering bars etc and I am a company driver that slip seated with another driver. Called HR told them I was leaving keys with security as I usually do everyday per management. They told me they need verify the truck is their with equipment although the next driver drove the truck after me. The previous truck I used broke down over 8 times in a 2 mo period in which I suffered loss wages every time. Currently hiring a lawyer to file a claim for : unpaid wages, theft of wages, forced dispatch, workplace harrassment during off duty hours, unpaid work loads, and discrimination.
