I can honestly state that Joy Sizemore's third degree felony conviction is relevant to how she conducts business and her personal life. As someone who has been one of her home tenders, I would describe her as the following: dishonest, sneaky, and narcissistic. I know of several other home tenders that have done business with her and felt she took advantage of them for her own self interest. The good thing about Houston is that it is such a large city and she can consistently meet new people to take advantage of.
My advice would be to stay away from this lady, she is dishonest as the day is long. With regards to how she ripped me off, she pocketed my over payment of rent and deposit and never returned the money to me. Do not trust this lady.

Ok, let's get real here. If you have verified that this individual is a felon, then you know (or at least can easily find out) what the particular felony is. Now, if the crime is actually relevant to the staging of homes for sale, such that a reasonable consumer would say "I don't want my home staged by someone who did that!" then it seems like you would have identified the crime.
The fact that you have not stated what the felony was tells me that it isn't all that relevant. You are purposely failing to identify the nature of the crime because, if you gave us such information, we would likely think "well who cares? what does that have to do with staging homes?"
Sounds like you have a personal grudge and are more interested in damaging someone's character and business than giving the rest of us a heads up.
