Martha and her daughter Lynn Waraway conned my elderly mother, Patricia Tilton, into putting Martha's name on Patricia's large bank account. Martha also tried to get Patricia Tilton to give her Power of Attorney and also demanded access to Patricia Tilton's safety deposit box. Patricia Tilton had (has) a living daughter  (me, Sherrie Grady) who grew suspicious of Martha after her mother, Patricia Tilton, told her she had put Martha Warraway's name on her bank account. Luckily, the  daughter, Sherrie Grady, contacted the police and FBI and was able to stop Martha and Lynn Waraway's scams in time. These are very dangerous con women. They will stop at nothing to scam an elderly person's life savings from them. At the time, approximately five years ago, these conartisits were living in Macomb County,  MI. Patricia Tilton has since passed away of advanced dementia.
