Martin and Associates Brian Davis Debt collection Scam! New Port Richey Florida

Received call from supposely debt collections in reference for a Lane Bryant credit card that went into collections. The original amount $ 386.00 and this fake company stated: that debt was of 686.00$. I asked why more than allotted debt, explainded interest. This so called company explained' if I didnt make payment they would be sending court documents by mail" I had similar situation two years ago that ended up in a scam as well. I did however, call the consumers trade commision and BBB to report this situation. Seeing that these idiots! Have my full social security number, I went ahead and put a fraud alert on my credit. Please! Be aware of these companies that are saying there collection agencies!!.
