martin and son's roofing Refuse to honor their word or warantee kenosha Wisconsin

I have been trying to work with Martin and Son's roofing in Kenosha since June. Each time I was told "no problem" or Todd will call you. Or we found your waranty card. ALL lies. Turns out that while I was on vacation Mr. Martin came onto my land and did work on my roof without my permission. I called the shop fuming. Later that day, Sept 8 Mr Martin stated he would re do the north side of my roof for $250 and tha Ken would do the labor free. I told him I wanted a work order before I paid the $250. Well, no work order ever showed up. And after 4 calls to the office I was told it was $350 and Ken never said he would do the labor free. These are the largest group of LYERS I have ever had to deal with. Luckily I recorded them. I had another roofer come out. He stated shingles are not straight and that the first 2 rows, which are important the seams butt up not over lap. Which causes leaks. You see 9 years ago he just dropped off 2 Mexicans and they did the work. He never stayed to even supervise. Then when I begged them to honor their 10 workmanship waranty, Todd said, she's on the downhill side of the waranty so I can do whatever I want. How are these rude peopl still in business!
