Volkswagen Murrieta - Martin Lotman - I Went To The Dealership And He Propositioned My 15 Year Old Daughter Martin Lotman harassed my daughter when we went to the CA Murrieta California

I went to Murrieta Volkswagon with my wife and met with Martin Lotman. He was my advisor during the service process on my VW Jetta. I went in because I had a previously great experience with Murrieta Volkswagon. Stephen Foss was the head of service there and I had a terrific experience with him. Unfortunately, I went to Murrieta Volkswagen with my family including my 16 year old daughter, Sandy.

Rather than servicing my account...he spent a considerable amount of time with my daughter. I had to stop him from speaking to Sandy to actually discuss the problem with my car. Martin Lotman then told me that there was nothing he could do...it would take a bit of time before he was able to get me an answer on how long it would take.

It took some time...but eventually they told me that it would take a few days to fix my alternator. Martin Lotman was again speaking to my daughter privately. I went to speak to him about it and my daughter was visibly upset. When we finally left I spoke to my daughter and she told me all the things he had told her. He told her that he would love to "take her out" and that he could definitely show her a good time. She was visibly upset by this. He is considerably older than she is and, due to the fact she's underage, this is highly inappropriate.

I had a good experience with Murrieta Volkswagon previous to this, but was mortified by what my daughter told me. I would definitely recommend avoiding this place as long as Martin Lotman is working for this company.
