Marty Koole was my account representative at Lexis-Nexis, a legal research company for lawyers and individuals needing Legal Research.

Lexis had me sign a contract for 2 years , for 1 amount, and told me certain services were included; then, they told me services were not included, and then they increased the contract amount at whim and then would not return phone calls when it was questioned. I tried to cancel the contract and they refused.

This Lexis Nexis company does not even put its phone number on it bill.

When you sign the contract, and Marty Koole increases the contract amount at whim because she thinks you want it or your not getting what she told you you would get, and you call to remove the increased amount or disputed, what does she do, removes it, and then refers you account to a collection agency stating that you agreed to the amount she agreed to remove. She does not want to resolve the problem. Just get the sales commission and go.

Then Marty Koole tells you contracts can never be canceled and notwithstantiing you cannot cancel contracts, she cancels your service.
