Marty Lackner of Lackners rod & custom ripoff on the run from many people Whitter California *UPDATE ..flown the coop back to Lebanon Oregon

My name is Sammy Lackner. I am Martin Lackner's wife. I am also the legal and true owner of Northwest Speed Equipment as may be evidenced by a simple check via the Oregon Secretary of State Office. I do not know who "Bill" of Portland, Oregon is. I am however extremely disappointed that this witch-hunt has now extended beyond the several Southern California people who have maintained their personal vendettas against Martin, and now encompasses my own business.

Martin has never "been on the run" or "flown the coop" or been in hiding from anyone. When he moved from Southern California, all of his friends knew he was moving back to Oregon to be closer to his daughter. His ex-girlfriend at the time had his phone number as did his friends. He has run a well-respected and successful business in the same location in Molalla, Oregon for almost 3 years now. Anyone who wanted to "find" him could easily have contacted the Oregon Secretary of State to get his information.

Despite his information being available to anyone who wanted it, not a single one of these complaintants has ever made any attempt to contact us. I don't think these people want closure, I think they just want to spread slander. I cannot comment on business deals which I was not personally involved in. I can however comment on the inclusion of my own company in an arena which it does not deserve to be included in. Shame on you, Bill, for dragging me into this mud-hole. If you have a problem with myself or Martin, be a man and tell me in person.

I welcome anyone doing business with me to search all SoCal courts and you will find no outstanding legal matters. I also would recommend looking into the better business bureau and you will find that these accusations have been found to be non credible. If you have a true problem and wish to be heard please leave your full name and contact info to add credibilty to your claim. Please understand that this site does not require anyone to provide proof to there claim and is not a U.S. based company that can be held responsible by U.S. courts. It was my experience in Southern California that it is full of self-serving cons and I have no compassion for people like this. Once relocated to Portland we have flourished and have had hundreds of satisfied customers. It is unfortunate we live in a society where people can say whatever they like without accountability.

I'm glad to read that we are all still after Marty Lackner, after 3 years I can't believe he's still running and ripping people off. I'm willing to help. The Huntington Beach police dept. will have a warrant out on him for not showing up to court.

Con Man Marty Lackner has been evicted again, yes this the low life from Huntington Beach, that takes cars apart and sells the parts to other people. Also says will will repair your car and never works on it.

Lackners Rod and Custom is phony. There are lots of guys looking for him,so everyone who has made a report please update. Its my understanding he has flown the coop back to Lebanon Oregon.
