Marvella, Stella Leonard, David Leonard Ebay Fraud!! Mt. Sterling Ohio

Purchased handmade quilt from seller on e-bay 11/16/08 for my sister and her husband's Christmas gift. Paid $236.00 with paypal same day. Waited a month to receive quilt. When finally received, not as described. Contacted seller IMMEDIATELY! Marvella (the seller) agreed to a full refund due to the bad description and told me to return it. Which I did IMMEDIATELY! Costing me another $20.00 to do so.

Contacted Marvella again when she never responded to receiving quilt back and I noticed no refund had been made to my paypal account. Seller responded and acknowledged receiving quilt back before Christmas. Said she would refund me 'as soon as she could transfer funds.' That was December 27, 2008. And to date, I have yet to receive a refund, nor any effort on sellers part to rectify this situation. I have contacted her numerous times. Usually, no response at all. Twice, blank responses without answers.

Paypal will do nothing, Ebay will do nothing, because I trusted Marvella was going to refund me...after all, she kept blessing me....and did not realize that reporting fraudulent sellers and actually having paypal or ebay support the unsuspecting buyer had a time limit.

She/they respond under many different names. They do business on ebay under Well's Collectables and have NO PROBLEM stealing from you. But Marvella will continue to 'bless' you the entire time she is ripping you off. Apparently, they are a very religious group of theives.

Marvella - Is the seller.

Stella Leonard - Is the daughter, whose address Marvella had me return the quilt to.

David Leonard - Is either the seller's son-in-law or son, whose name is on the account where my paypal funds were transferred to.

A police report and internet fraud charges are being filed against all three individuals and the company.

DO NOT buy from these people! Product is horribly made and they will pocket your money without giving it a second thought.
