MarvelStrikeForce.com Foxnext Support Game crashed. They caused crash with update. They could not get the game back. Nor would they return charges or give the same purchases on new game. Los Angeles California

On 6/22/18 MarvelStrikeForce.com did an Ant-Man update this caused the Game to freeze and would no longer load past 42%. I had been playing the game since 6/1/18 and had made several purchase totaling $70.00 and had achieved level 50. After many emails still the game would not load past 42% this is a very common problem, per the internet. Also they constantly change who you are dealing with.They had me do a hard reboot on my phone and router. Doing so wiped the game from existence. It was now level 1 with none of my purchases. I have been emailing them since 6/22. I originally only wanted my purchases back. They would not do anything. They caused and made the problem worse without fixing anything. I have been asked if I want a refund and stated yes. Then they transferred to another person who has never read any emails. I have been emailing them for 2 months. I am out of patience.
