I got a remanufactered engine 2.7 dodge with 12000 miles or 12 month warrenty. Had mechanic to put engine in but never ran right so call marvin. After 50 trys finally returned my phone call. He said for me to bring it to him since it would run and I did. After he checked it out said was going to cost me 600.00 more. I asked why he said what was wrong with engine was not under warranty.
I drove car from mechanic's shop to him. I left because I did not have money but since then I got the money but he will not return my calls. He got my name from a parts search site which I contacted and they told me he has not been a member for 2 years.
If any one could advise me on my legal options which the parts site as well as this rip off guy I would greatly welcome. Right now I'm out of 2700.00
