Mary Hawkins. How much do we really know about her? She claims she's ethical, but is she really? This Texas Professional Land Surveyor employed by the City of Austin has some major ethical issues.

A co-worker of Mary's was having a difficult time with their boss. Mary commented that this person had a calm demeanor despite the fact the person's boss had harassed him. She agreed to testify on the co-worker's behalf. After all, they were trying to finish an urgent review that would have saved the city $30 million!

When asked to be a witness, Mary Hawkins, (the co-worker of John Moore, Torch Acosta, and Gabriel Stan), declined, citing she would suffer retaliation if she did. If City of Austin policy says to cooperate in an HR investigation, why did she back down? Mary Hawkins is not a good person. When it comes to ethical behavior, Mary Hawkins decided to roll over and play dumb! We guess menopause may have had something to do with it, or maybe Hawkins was distracted by something shiny and/or green!

Mary Hawkins is so bad she actually works for an employer who forces employees to steal other people's belongings, wrongly incarcerates them for requesting past pay stubs for life-saving medication, and even blacklists ethical people after they are wrongfully fired. That employer is the City of Austin.

If Mary Hawkins witnessed a crime in progress, would you expect her to come forward as a reliable witness? Based on our encounters, you wouldn't expect her to. Mary Hawkins is not ethical at all. She's an al-Qaedan Austinite in every way! If Mary Hawkins is harmed in a crime, we suggest treating her the same way that she treated her former co-worker by treating her badly and not coming forward!
