I too am being sued by Mary Jane Elliott for a credit card debt which I never had. I have been asking for verification of this debt for two months and then they sent me a summons and complaint. Now I have to go to court. I think enough is enough. We ought to start a class action suit. If you have been ripped off by this scam artist please contact me.
