Mary Jane M Elliott pc Her office assoc. said they are going to take legal action on my SSD payments Novi MI

I called the office like the letter stated they are suppose to collect money from account with Fingerhut Direct . Fingerhut knows the situation that my husband used my charge cards to get what he wanted left after there was no money left. I am on SSD....Fingerhut had written it off to bad debt and was off my credit report as no money owed because it was taken off my credit report. Then last year it showed back up on report that now I owe the money I told that collection agency the same thing. So now they turned it over to Mary Jane M Elliott.

I told her assoc. Sabrina the same story about it she said doesn't matter you still owe the money and we will start legal actions against me she wanted to know my bank name. With them being an Attorney s office they know the Federal law they can not touch my SSD. She still said we will start legal action against me. So that is just harassment since they know the law.

The other agency I had told with my other accounts said we are writing them off since we can not legally collect...but not this place they think they are above the law. I told them you can not take my ssd she said she can. I sent an email to a lawyer ...so maybe I will be taking legal action against her instead for harassment.
