Our wholesale tanning company sold products to Mary Joynes totaling approximately $3,000.00. The total was to be paid by check in 12 monthly instalments. A few months in her checks began bouncing. Our company left her countless voicemails and attempted to reach out via Email as well, however, she continued to avoid us for over 2 months’ time.
Had she reached out to us, we would have been more than happy to restructure her payment plan in a way that was conducive to her financial situation (as we have done for clients in the past) however, we were forced to take legal actions in order to resolve the issue.
I highly advise against doing business with this person as she does not fulfill her financial obligations. Unfortunately, Mary Joynes will end up costing your company time and money.
