Mary Robinson, Well Naturally Paid for product, never delivered goods Surrey British Columbia

I placed an order Oct 24, 2007, my account was charged the same day. I called Mary, in November, to say I had not received my order. Her response was she would check on it and get back to me.

On November 25th, my account was credited the $76.68, but then on the same day is was debited again, I thought a new shippment was on the way. Also, the amount charged included a $25.00 shipping charge.....

When I did not receive my order in December, I called and emailed with no response.I have ordered from her in the past and had received my goods. I did call her before I called my credit card company, her number was no longer in service.

I called my credit card company and they are returning my monies, but if my be reporting this saves someone else, I am grateful.
