Mary Sorensen Good reason for breaking contract Englewood,Colorado USA

Some months ago, I broke contract with Dish TV.  I had had a problem with the organization for some months after signing up on a two year contract.

Viewing became anoying with Capitol Block letters  on the screen. To rid the interferance, the TV had to be turned off  while watching  programmes.  Friends and family thought this was rather a irritating interuption.  As it seemed a constant botheratiion trying to view TV

I called and complained and technician came to house and replaced some equipment and moved the dish to new location.  Another time a technician worked from the office to rid the problem.  Problem lingered

I was really paying for months of this problem until a woman represeinting Dish called me and told me that my contract was up.  She wanted to know if I would renew.  The answer was no and I complained about the problem.

She offfered to have someone look into the situation but I told her no, as I was leaving the system. I was so fed up that was exactly what I did.

Now I am being charged for shipping back their  equipment and $200.  for breaking the contract.  I have paid for bad service for months.  

If the service was so good, why would I leave it before my contract had expired?
