Mary Titus Gallery Mary Titus Refused to pay for damaging my artwork Carmel California

I brought a one-of-a-kind illuminated sculpture to Mary Titus gallery on 06/15/2014 after having brought 2 sculptures that could be used as stools, small tables, pedestals etc. and 4 other one-of-a-kind illuminated sculptures (lamps) on 06/11/2014. Prior to leaving all works there at her gallery, I showed them to the owner and turned the lamps on all of the 5 illuminated sculptures for her to inspect. None of the works was damaged in any way. I went to the gallery in May or June of 2015. At that time I noticed 2 of the illuminated sculptures were not where I initially placed them. When I questioned her about the 2 works, she said one was broken and did not work. I told her the bulb burned out and changed the bulb. Then it was fine. However I noticed the other one that was not in its original placement, was in fact broken and the prongs on the plug were acutely bent. I told her it was broken and she said she didn't know anything about that. She said she called her ocassional helper and asked her about it and the helper's response was she also knew nothing about it being broken. The owner then said maybe I could glue it and maybe a customer broke it. And then she said to compensate for the damage, she would not charge her customary percentage when another of my works sold. She then told me to bring some more recent works to an event she was having on August 8th, 2015. I brought 5 new illuminated sculptures and 4 sculptures used as pedestals. At the end of the event, I asked for assurances from her regarding possible damage to the newer works and she refused to give any assurance regarding the new works, so I told her I would take only the new works back. And when I was about done packing my car with my works, she had put the older works in a box for me to take those also. I told her just the new ones, but she said take them all. I then told her we must settle regarding the damaged work. The next day she told me I had brought the work in June of 2014 already damaged and that I was just trying to get money from her. She saw the works were not damaged in any way when I initially brought them in June 2014, but now she says it was damaged when I brought it. She refuses to compensate for my work that was damaged at her gallery and said "good luck".
