Maryland Relocation Servics I had to move from my home and I was rushed so I saw this ad on craiglist for rental properties and I fell for it, but I had to pay a retainer fee of $350.00 and then a $4.95 fee to get a green dot money card so we gave it to the rental propetery they took it and took the money off the card for their account, I have documentation of the rental properties that they gave me went to one but my husband and I could not afford it so I wanted to cancel and they would not let me, so I signed a refund form from January 9th 2014 and for a 90 day period to return the money I have it all in black and white. So April 9th 2014 would be the date we could get the refund and they are giving me a hard time. They hung up on me on the phone they wont answer my email and they said they sent my filed to their legal department. We just want the money back of the amount $354.95 and in the form of a money order. Please help get the money returned Nottingham Maryland

You were scammed

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - ()

No legitimate company asks you to pay via a Green Dot card. You were scammed. You can tell it is a scam because they asked you to pay by an unverifiable method. Those funds are gone. They asked you to wait for 90 days so they could continue to run the scam on others. If you do get your money back, I would be surprised. Report this to the police, but I don't think it will help you recover your money from these scammers.
