I originally ordered three custom maple baseball bats from Mash Bats in 2006.  I was very happy with the product.  In July 2011 I ordered two more bats from the Mash Bats web site and paid $190 through Paypal.  When reconciling my bank statement I noticed that the payment had cleared and I had not received the product.  I suspected something was wrong so I did more research and found several other complaints from people that paid and had not received the product.  I made several attempts to contact the company without success.  I found the owner, Dave Valentini on Linkedin but as of today I have not received a response from him.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'm working with my local police department to start an investigation.
