MASHAV RELOCATION FRAUD!! SCAMMERS!! BEWARE OF MAJOR RIP-OFF GROUP POSING AS MOVERS!!! Internet

  These guys are a bunch incompetent d****ebags . I didn't think much of the bad reviews first since overall ratings seem to be high (big mistake, make sure the reviews are from actual users), but it came back to haunt me. I should have be warned with the few low rating reviews they had. The high ratings on other sites are probably from their employees and the associates trying to boost their rating. The rude girl in customer said, your complaint wont hurt our BBB. We would just by it back!. She couldnt be more of an idiot.

 Details? Well, I book with them a week ahead and arranged with both condos I was suppose to move to/from. A sweet girl named May could have sold us the sun and stars. So convincing. Everything was ok, set and no problem. Then came the moving date (and of course she could no longer be reached), they had the audacity to call me right at the window of the moving time and told me that they cannot make it and it would be great if we can reschedule another day. Are you joking??? Another day!? They had the audacity  to even ask this after all of our preparations. I proceed to explain to the guy that everything was arranged, and it would take days to reschedule, which i don't have the luxury. After yelling at me and my pregnant wife, and threatening to keep our deposit if we didnt shut up and let him do his job, he proceed to schedule me for 2 hours later than the original time. Then 2 hours passed after that! The drivers called me and say they'll be an hour late, which they eventually arrived 2 1/2 hours late. Of course I wasn't able to move due to the condo restrictions, building deposit lost, and thanks to these incompetent, unprofessional losers, I am now fighting the lost of deposit at the new location!!! my plan had totally been messed up by them. 

 This guy Mike (who thru our lawyer we eventually learned that he is actually the owner using a fictitious name) could not have cared less of our financial loses and inconvenience. They have no regard for your time and certain don't respect the customers. You'll be glad you've been warned. Now let karma works itself. I believe they'll get what they deserved in the end.  We will continue posting about this company in every effort to shut them down. We have already gathered other victims of this company and are preparing a class action lawsuit for false representation and advertisement. If you too have been victimized by them, we have good (federal) news for you. This company overlooked something that a judge is considering as of this writing.
