Mass Match Horrible rip off Amherst/Sunderland Massachusetts

In the search for a partner, this was the worst waste of money yet. I plan on pursuing with the Better Business Bureau.

Aside from charging $300 for virtually doing nothing at all, the woman styled herself as some sort of relationship guru and then proceeded to offend me with rude and insensitive "feedback."

Over the course of the mandatory year's membership, I was tendered a miserable handful of unsuitable matches with the most cursory of profiles and postage stamp sized photos.

Rather than being open to customer suggestions this woman claimed she could not possibly find the time to offer anything one might reasonably expect from a dating service, i.e. a modicum of personal involvement and, yes, work.

Offensive woman, no service and, for what's given, a staggering price tag.
