Massage Envy Unable to cancel contract Puyallup Washington

I went to Massage Envy for there introductory massage at 39 dollars. The massage was really decent the first time so I thought why not sign up for a membership. After I got the membership that massages went down hill fast! I had this man as my therapist and he offered while receiving the massage to start giving me services out side of the office. I let it go the first time. So when I went in the next time he was more aggressive in offering the services outside the office. I froze my account because I no longer felt comfortable going in the office. When I called to cancel my contract I was told that Mike was let go and that I was no longer going to have a problem. I am still not comfortable going in to a business where that sort of thing is going on. I have froze my account for the longest time possible and now they are calling every day trying to get me to come back. What can I do?
