Massage Green Brighton MI massages exacerbated my frozen shoulder issue. Told therapist who said "sorry" maybe I can do better next time. I then called to cancel membership and was told I have to physically come into location to cancel. I left for out of state next day and told them I could not do so. I was charged $49.95 for December even tho I called to cancel in November. Manager has been rude and unhelpful. Terrible massages & terrible customer service. BEWARE!!!! Brighton Michigan

In September I joined the monthly services at Massage Geeen in Brightin MI. I began getting monthly massages at a monthly prebilled cost of $49.95.  have a frozen shoulder issue which therapist is aware of. My scheduled appt in Oct was changed to another therapist as at last minute I received call that my scheduled therapist was sick and I would have a different therapist. They also have a 24 hr cancellation policy if the member cancels or a no show.  I had the Oct massage which was fine. I scheduled 2 massages in November. I had massage in Niv 10 and paid additional for 1-1/2 hr massage. At end f massage it was only 1 hr 20 mins plus my shoulder was hurting worse. I did not complain. Since shoulder continued to worsen after that massage I went back for another 1-1/2 hr massage on Niv 24 burn arrival I told therapist that my shoulder was worse following mast massage she had given me. Her response was "sorry about that".  After the Nv 24 massage I told her shoulder & neck were still hurting. She said "maybe we can work on that next time". She did not communicate during massage and seemed to be disinterested and hurried to do the next client also I paid for 1-1/2 hr massage which was only 1 hr 15 mins again. I went home and shoulder became so bad I gad to go elsewhere for relief. On Sunsay Nov 29 I called to cancel membership and was told I had to come into the location to cancel. I told the manager my reason for not wanting to continue membership and that I was leaving the next day out of state for 2 months and could not come in before leaving. She said she would check & call me back

indud not receive a return phone call and called again from AZ on Dec 7. since I was charged $49.95 for Dcemner.  manager sad she would call corporate and call me back. No call back. I called yesterday again manager not in until 2 pm. requested manager call me after 2 pm. No phone call I called again around 7 pm est manager answered and said she had been busy doing reports and that's why she did not call me back and was very rude. I asked us she could email me firm to sign out if membership. She said she just found out day before that could be done. I asked why she didn't inform me if that she said she gad been busy. I now have form but it wants me to signiff on the $49.95 paid for December without service
