Massage Green Spa Clinton Township Scheduled appointment incorrectly,charged for no show! Then refused to refund money! Clinton Township Michigan

stopped in on a Monday night to schedule a appointment for the following Saturday morning to get a massage at Massage Green, was pretty excited because the one in St. Vlair Shores is pretty amazing!  But when you are a franchise it is a completely different story!  They told me they needed my card to secure the appointment which I thought wasn't a problem, wrong!  So excited to go Saturday morning after a long hard week at work and imagine my disappointment when they said I didn't have a appointment!  I asked her to check under my name and that is when I found out that i had supposedly missed my appointment on Tuesday morning while I was busy working downtown at my job!  I was told I could come back at 4:00pm and they could possibly fit me in then, it was 10:00am!  I went shopped and thought for a few and then went back and asked if I was charged for this missed appointment which I was!  I asked for a refund especially when I found out that I was going to be charged if I came in for a massage, really, remember this was not my mistake!  I asked to talk to a manager and was told she would not be in until 1:00pm!  Called at 1:00, no manager, 2:00, no manager at 4:00pm was told that she would not be in until Monday at 9:00am!  I called Monday at 10:30am and Gus's what, yes she would not be in until after 2:30pm!  She called me at 3:00pm and she said not to worry she would reschedule and ONLY CHARGE me the introductory rate for my first massage, really no refund or massage for what I was charged, well no you missed your appointment!  WTF!  I was about ready to lose my mind by then sitting on a shuttle bus to get to my car with 30 other passengers made sure I repeated the name of the company frequently as I spoke to her!  final results, the manager told me that she has to call the district manager to get a $29.95 refund for me.  My advise is avoid this company or only deal with cash with them!  Do not ever give them your credit card numbers!
