I would strongly suggest you do NOT sign a contract with Massey Pest Services. They will hit you up for about $800 / year, and in return, you will get, nothing. If you make enough noise, a suit from Orlando will call you, pretending to be interested in any issues you may have, but you will still be out $800 and will still have to pay another service to come do Masseys job for them. If you do decide to do businhess with these people, I would suggest, you do it on a visit to visit basis, and watch them very closely to make sure they actually do anything. They are EXTREMELY good sales people, but they lack substance after you sign on the dotted line. My best advise? find a reputable pest control company, who will give you what you pay for.
