Master Craftsman Brampton Ontario Imagine waiting 2 years for a re-upholstering job, and the job is still not done right after two attempts Brampton Ontario

I saw the Master Craftsman of Brampton at the Toronto Home Show. I wanted to re-upholster an old family couch. The salesperson at the show showed me a picture of a luxurious, beautiful Ennisclare sofa. He said this sofa retailed at $6,000, but the Master Craftsman of Brampton could create a couch like this out of my old family couch for a steal for $3,000.

I detailed what I wanted: Larger arms, and a "plush" look, as pictured in the Ennisclare ad.

The Master Craftsman of Brampton said they would finish the job in two months. There was delay after delay, and after almost a year it was delivered, and it looked like my old family sofa had gone on a diet!

The sofa was much skinnier and it looked terrible! I was in tears.

What a disaster. After EXTENSIVE arguing and faxing "proof" that our original request was not fulfilled (the original salesman had "left the company"), the Master Craftsman of Brampton acknowledged that the worker, who did not understand English very well, probably misread the work order. So the Master Craftsman of Brampton took the skinny couch back. Almost another year later, the family couch came back, with the arms still smaller than what they used to be.

The Master Craftsman of Brampton REFUSED to do anything about it, saying they have already lost money in the deal. How is that my fault?

The whole re-upholstering job with the Master Craftsman of Brampton was AWFUL and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
