I trusted them to collect my $5,736 judgment placed on my former employer for unpaid wages.  Marcia and Jason were helpful.  I signed a contact with them to monitor the payee's account and where there was enough to collect entire balance, they were to freeze account and collect.  In June, Marcia emailed that they froze the account and that they will have the check soon.  Then end of July, beginning of August, Jason said that they got amount of judgment and that I will have my check by the end of August.  Since then, I have been trying to get a hold of them.  I left them numerous voice message and email with absolutely no response.  I tried to get through to them again and today I was able to get a hold of Jason only because I got through to someone else at that company first and they transferred my call to him.  He says that they are now "contemplating bankruptcy" and that they only collected $3018 and they can try to pay me in installments of $250/month.  I asked him for a copy of the check or wire that they received from payees account.  This is so disappointment and I am very saddened by this whole experience.  They were completely avoiding my calls, are very shady and now that I finally got a hold of them, they are trying to have me agreed to be paid much less (assuming what they are saying is true).  They take advantage of their clients.  Do NOT use them.
