MASTER MATCH MAKER TOUGH LOVE/ LOVE LOUNGE, STEVE WARD & JOANN WARD LIKE MANY I FELL FOR THE GIMMICK & WASTED MY MONEY Internet

I loved the Tough Love show & decided to join the dating service. After speaking to a representative in Nov of 2011 I couldn't resist, especially since my rep. told me Joann liked my profile  & offered me a special rate for their newest dating site the Love Lounge.

Although it is only Jan 2012 all i have gained is access to the cover page of my profile & 2 weeks of ability to view others matches during Dec. 2011. According to my rep the site is being worked on & was due to completed in early Jan. Jan is almost over. I was told in an email that a match was sent to me but never recieved it, I did question it in a reply. It took over  a week for a reply to my reply. The reply was: there were no matches sent yet but I would receive some soon, that their were a few men my rep had in mind for me. Still have yet to receive any matches.

Over Dec. & Jan. I have followed up, checked in to see if there has been any progress in the site, there is none.

I am so disappointed, I feel cheated. Especially since my rep made me believe there was many men to choose from & the Master Match Maker team has high standards in their selection process. The 2 weeks I was able to view others there wasn't many profiles available & I did not find any of them to be of interest.

I am far from conceited but consider myself attractive, I was led to believe the every person had to meet a certain level in appearance. I do not want to offend any man reading this that may be/have been on this site, but most of the men were not very attractive in my eyes.

After reading other reports I realized that it is not just me it is them. I am sadden by the fact so many people are being cheated & or disappointed with the Master Match Makers.

Extremely frustrated
