On 8/10/11 we contacted Dan Nunn of Master Mobile Mechanics to repair our truck. He came out on 8/11/11 and gave us an estimate. He said he could order the part he needed but he would need $1,100 deposit and it would take 7-10 day's for the part to arrive. We gave him a check and asked for a receipt. He claimed he didn't have the right receipt book but he would come by later that night and bring it to us. well that never happened.

2 weeks drag on and we contacted him several times during the 2 weeks regarding the receipt and the status of the transmission. I e-mailed him on the 27th demanding the receipt we had not received and complaining that he has very poor communication skills. I requested the receipt and an update or a refund. Finally on 8/29/11 he dropped the receipt off.

On 9/12/11 a month after we've waited for the part to come in. And after getting excuse after excuse after excuse he stated that he had ordered the transmission but the company had sent him the wrong one. this was after telling us 2 weeks prior that the 1st transmission arrived damaged. He said he could rebuild it but he would need an additional $300 to buy the parts he would need. He never called us EVER until this day when he wanted more money. He even came to our house looking for us.

On 9/13/11 We contacted the police and a tow company. We had the tow company tow the vehicle from his home. We contacted him and requested a refund. He said he would give us a refund but would deduct an $85 diagnostic fee. He also said he had to wait for a refund from the company he ordered the transmission from and of course it would take his usual 7-10 business days.

So we waited and waited and waited. got more and more excuses from he got the refund but couldnt access the money to he could only withdraw $200 a day to he went to withdraw the money but his pin didnt work, blah blah blah....

It's now 10/24/11 and we have not received a refund. He's refusing to refund us any money unless i remove a truthful review regarding his company and poor service. Do Not Use This Company or any company where Dan Nunn is the owner. He has 3-4 different company names he uses, 3-4 different address and 2 or so phone numbers and no business license. Look up this business or owner on Google and you will see for youself.
