Master Movers out of Indianapolis is a very untrustworthy moving company, had I known how shady they are before hand I would have just rented a truck and moved myself. First of all the pick-up truck that was scheduled to pick up our belongings at noon didnt arrive until midnight. I was already on a tight schedule so even though I was frustrated at their tardiness I felt pressure to go with them because they did show up.
The mover did not leave until 4:30a.m. and their price rose over 20 cents per pound more than what I was quoted. Me and my family have been in Arizona almost 2 weeks and have been sleeping on the floor including my one year old child. All the person in charge whose name is Joe can say is by law I have fifteen days as If he is taking his sweet time. All I know is he is lucky Im in Arizona.

Master Movers is very saddened to hear that this was the experience the customer came away with...we have changed so many policies and procedures since 07' and strive to make every customers experience as pleasant as possible with a very stressful time. We appreciate the time this consumer took write this review and we hope that our many reviews since this timeframe shows how much progress as a company we've made. We take pride in providing excellent service to our customers and when we fall short of that we take it very serious.
