I received a message in my mail box a few weeks ago and the sender asked me to watch a video that was attached. I usually delete such unsolicited material but something about this made me curious so I watched the lengthy video and was intrigued. It was about Binary Options Trade. I have dabbled in this trade before and lost money, but this program was different in that this software in the video  (Auto Money App) uses some algorithms to pin point the direction of the trade and executes the trade for you and according to them you win almost every time. I have heard about Apps like these so I decided to give this a try, after all nothing ventured nothing gained.

I followed the instructions by choosing one of two brokerage firms presented -

Master Option/ Binary Options Masters, BBM Services Provider Ltd, 1A Arcade House, Temple Fortune, London NW11 7TL  tel. 16478461947

As soon as I registered with this company my phone rang and it was a woman from this company calling to complete my application. I was asked to deposit money to start trading and I decided to deposit U$300 which is the minimum required from my credit card. She asked me to call the credit card company (Master Card) to let them know I had authorized this transaction, which I did and the money was taken.

As soon as the registration was completed I received a message from  the Auto Money App group asking me to register at the membership site and to select a minimum of four more Binary Brokers and deposit a minimum of U$250 in each account. This came as a shock to me because  nowhere in the two videos did they mention multiple broker accounts. I sent them a message asking why they conveniently left this out of the videos until money had already changed hands and never received a reply.

This is when I realized I should have done a little digging before parting with my money. I typed Auto Money App in Google and was surprised to learn that the people in the video are actors, the television station involved does not exist. I did not think a television station in Nebraska would risk their reputation by involving themselves in a scam like this but apparently the whole thing was staged.

I contacted Master Option the very next day, March 18th to tell them I changed my mind and that the money should be put back in my account. They did not respond so I sent a second message the next day and still no response. I waited about ten days and sent them another message, this time not by email but through their Contact US and again nothing. On April 1 I logged into the account and sent them a withdrawal request. On April 4 I received a phone call from a man saying he had received my withdrawal request but would like me to consider staying in the program which I absolutely declined and he hung abruptly before I could ask when I would get the money.

As of today, April 26, 2015, the account is still open and the balance is still $300 plus a $75 bonus the offered.

I am not sure why any reputable company would behave this way, especially when word can be spread very quickly on social media to ruin a business. I don't know why they feel entitled to my money since no service has been rendered.

I am a bit confused. In step 2 of the video I was presented with two brokerage firms and asked to pick one which I did (Master Option.

I registered with them and deposited  $300 that they asked for. I thought that was it.

The video did not mention anything about another registration on the AMA members site and choosing four brokers and depositing $250

in each account. Why was this part left out as I don't have any more money to deposit? What do I do with the account already set up?

Do I trade it myself?

Please help me to understand

Thanks

Esther

I am sending you this message to apologize for wasting your time.

I have decided to cancel my account and have the deposit put back on my card, please.

I received a message in my mail box about a video that the sender wanted me to watch. It turned up to be about this 19 year old genius

with a photographic mind who managed to hack into government systems to steal algorithms that he in turn improved upon to make

him a lot of money. Out of the goodness of his heart he decided to share this knowledge and help a few people along.

This boy's name is Daniel Rosenberg and this video can be seen here:

auto-money-app.com

I decided to give this a try and was given two brokerage firms to choose from and I chose you and when I made the required deposit

I thought his auto money app was going to kick in and automatically trade for me but instead I received a welcome message that gave me

instructions to a members site to register, choose a minimum of four brokerages and deposit a minimum of $250 in each account.

First of all the members site is so poorly built for a company that is raking in millions left and right. Secondly this part was nowhere mentioned

in the two videos that I watched. This is when it occurred to me to Google this company for more information as I started to feel I am being had,

again. It turns out this is all a scam and this boy is an actor and the whole story is made up.

I am a single retired woman in debt because of scammers like these. I started an online business and was so naive and too trusting. I thought I had

finally found a program to get me out of the mess I am in as I believe that in spite of the experience I have had, there are some good people out there

who have a conscience. That is what motivates me to keep going and never to give up.

I did try binary trading about two years ago and lost all my deposit so I am not willing to lose this as well and that is why I am apologizing for wasting

your time. I should have checked this program out before I decided to open this account.

Warmest regards

Esther

Cancellation of Account

I sent you a message yesterday asking for a cancellation and refund of deposit and why. You have not responded to this request

and the account is still open.

When I registered on the 17th March my hand was still on the mouse after clicking send, when the phone rang. It was

from you and the number had been blocked making it "anonymous caller." I mention this because an anonymous caller called me after

midnight early this morning, twice. If this was you it is unacceptable and not appreciated in any time zone.

Please don't contact me by phone to discuss this as there is nothing to discuss.

The account was set up and the money out of my account so fast. Please don't make this difficult as is typically the case. No service

has been rendered for you to feel entitled to my money. As long as there is Better Business Bureau I will get my money back

so lets do this before I have to file a complaint.

Thanks
