The Room Store really pushes the sale of this product when you purchase anything from them. So while purchasing 2 leather sofas, I decided to buy it at $99 PER sofa after I was told they cover anything and EVERYTHING. Tears, rips, cracks, stains, discolorations, whatever. If they can't fix it, they will REPLACE it.

One and a half years later, some color is rubbing off my leather sofa. I filed a claim. First, they have you call in and give detailed information about the damage. Then they send you a form to fill out requesting the same info and asked that I take pictures to submit with the form. They also only gave me 5 days to return my form or my claim would be invalid. I could tell right there that this was an attempt to get out of warranting anything. Just like any insurance company, DENY, DENY, DENY!

Filed claim with pictures right away.

Then I got a letter from them denying my claim. They didn't even come out to look at it or even attempt to repair anything. WHAT??

Don't ever buy this warranty from the Room Store. Total and complete RIPOFF!!
