Master Techs claimed that the Tesioner Pulley and the Belt tensioner Assembly, in my car, needed replacement. I agreeed to get the job done and paid by credit card.
Two weeks after completion of the job, the entire assembly that they put together came apart on the highway. I had to get the car towed to the closest dealership.
The cost to fix their mistake came to $1167.05. I went back to their shop with my receipts and asked for credit. They outrught refused to give me credit. Their offer was to give me $100.00 store credit. They claim they did nothing wrong.
This is a complete ripoof on their part. People need to be aware that this is a RIPOFF shop. Do not take your car there for any repair.
