The offer claims the pre-approved offer is dependant on their review of your credit history.  APR is posted at 23.9%.  Cash advances are at 29.9% as are penalties. 

Then they charge an anual fee of $75.00 for the first year and $99.00 every year thereafter whether you use the card or not.

Transaction fees are $0 for first year, $5 or 5%of each transaction, whichever is greater (not to exceed $100).  Foreign is 1% of each transaction

Late fees are up to $38.00 each for late, overlimit, and returned payments.

The prime interest rate in the US is 5%.

With an exagerated interest rate, anual fees, late charges, transaction fees, Indigo Mastercard is not reasonable or cost effective for any purpose.  The company will bankrupt the card holder mercilously no mater the persons income.

Any credit card company that charges over 5% interest and a list of fees is not worth my business for ripping me off.
