Recieved an email today stating that this company, tried to mail via Fed.Ex didn't forward to our new business address, so it must not have forwarded and was sent back? Anyway they are saying out of the Blue that a picture that I got from a downloadable on line newsletter from a Membership in a National Desigation (CRS) Was unauthorized and serious copyright infringement and I had better contact them before they proceed with further action.

They go on to demand to pay retroactive license noted in the enclosed email claim invoice within ten (10) days. They say they prefer not take action and are hopeful that a reasonable settlement can be arranged.

The Claim - a mere $2425.00 Yikes!!!
