Hello,I recently found out that $125.94 was taken from my checking account for auto-renewal for Match.com.  I was unaware of this and now told that even though I have cancelled my subscription my money is not to be refunded.

I would like my money refunded as I believe this practice is unfair and perhaps illegal (they charged my account with out-dated information as well).  I have never dealt with a business that cannot refund a dissatisfied customer.  They were uncooperative and rude.

I, myself work for a retail company where the customers satisfaction is of the utmost importance.  Match.com is only interested in taking people's money and not helping them or making them happy in any way, shape or form.
